Interested in an Admin/Receptionist position that pays $18/hour to start?


A locally owned greenhouse manufacturer in Aurora is looking for an Admin/Receptionist to add to their team.

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that offers excellent benefits upon permanent hire.


Admin/Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
    schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with special projects as assigned 


Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8am-5pm | 1-hour lunch | 32 hours/week           

Admin/Receptionist Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
  • QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required


Pay: $18hour
