Interested in an Admin/Receptionist position that pays $18/hour to start?
A locally owned greenhouse manufacturer in Aurora is looking for an Admin/Receptionist to add to their team.
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position that offers excellent benefits upon permanent hire.
Admin/Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Schedule:
- Day Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday | 8am-5pm | 1-hour lunch | 32 hours/week
Admin/Receptionist Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and pleasant demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks
- QuickBooks experience preferred, but not required
Pay: $18hour
