Pay: $20+/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Custodial Branch Manager to lead and oversee daily custodial operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring contractual requirements are met, staff is well-trained, and operational costs are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of assigned custodial operations.

• Ensure adequate coverage and coordination to complete all contractual requirements.

• Resolve issues involving personnel, site security, and other situations that may arise.

• Conduct quality and site inspections in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Trainer.

• Train assigned staff in proper supervisory techniques and procedures.

• Assist management in identifying and implementing cost-reduction strategies.

• Ensure MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) books are available and up to date at all job sites.

• Monitor and manage supply usage to maintain efficiency and minimize waste.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of custodial operations, safety standards, and MSDS regulations.

• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.

• Organizational skills to monitor supplies and maintain operational efficiency.

• Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
