Are you an experienced maintenance technician? A supplement manufacturing company is looking for an experienced maintenance technician who will maintain all of the company's machinery such as encapsulation and packaging equipment. You will be responsible for preforming tasks such as installation, set-up, troubleshooting and repairing machines.
JOB DUTIES:

Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on plant utilities and equipment.

Troubleshoot all mechanical, electrical and electronic systems using test instruments when necessary

Contact vendors on price, availability and purchase of parts and supplies with an appropriate sense of urgency.

Install new equipment

Assist with and prepare machinery setup for scheduled production runs

Perform prioritized and scheduled maintenance repairs.

Understand basic facilities and infrastructure
-
Must be able to successfully pass all job-related tests and certifications required for working in a cGMP, quality environment including but not limited to: inspections and GMP requirements to perform essential functions of the job. Must re-qualify every year on all job-related tests and certifications as job or qualifications require.

Ability to be in On-Call Status, and/or work 6-7 day work week based off maintenance and production needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
Required Minimum 7 year’s mechanical experience.

Valid Driver’s License
-
Preferred Forklift Certification
-
Experience with PLCs, troubleshooting with a laptop

Electrical capability: ability to read and follow elec. schematics, chase down electrical problems.
SHIFT:
-
Sunday - Thursday, 9PM - 5:30AM, but must be open to all shifts and times
