Industrial Maintenance Planner | $29-$31/hour DOE | Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

GLISS is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Planner to join our team in Salem, OR! This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who is ready to lead and optimize the maintenance program in a fast-paced, industrial setting.

As the Industrial Maintenance Planner, you’ll take charge of planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities for plant equipment to ensure seamless operations.

JOB DETAILS

  • Plan and schedule the maintenance program, generating daily work orders and work packages

  • Develop and manage a detailed bill of materials for equipment, including determining and stocking necessary spare parts

  • Create preventive maintenance routines, focusing on one machine at a time to ensure all wear components are regularly checked

  • Organize and manage the storeroom for efficient access to parts

  • Track and manage KPIs for maintenance, supporting team execution on the floor as needed

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and safety

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues on the floor with a hands-on approach

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

  • Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or similar platform for planning and scheduling

  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance

  • Excellent organizational skills and commitment to high standards in housekeeping

  • Ability to work effectively in high temperature and humidity environments

SCHEDULE:

  • Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm
