Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records

Process payroll and handle tax filings
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
-
Track and manage property expenses, budgets, and vendor payments
-
Assist with audits and financial planning
-
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
-
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
-
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, etc.)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property management financial practices
-
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
-
High attention to detail and accuracy
-
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
