Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable

  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records

  • Process payroll and handle tax filings

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports

  • Track and manage property expenses, budgets, and vendor payments

  • Assist with audits and financial planning

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and property management financial practices

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
