Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer

GLISS Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Custodial Quality Assurance Trainer to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all custodial sites meet and exceed customer expectations as outlined in their contracts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, representing the company professionally, and fostering strong relationships with external site representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of all assigned sites within designated zones to ensure compliance with customer contracts and company standards.
• Follow-Up Inspections: Perform follow-up inspections to ensure corrective actions have been implemented effectively.
• Customer Service: Maintain excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external site representatives to ensure a collaborative partnership.
• Training & Leadership: Prepare training materials and lead hands-on training sessions for custodial employees, ensuring they understand and can perform their duties effectively.
• Skill Assessment: Regularly assess the skill level of all custodial employees, providing feedback and additional training as needed.
• Professional Representation: Act as a company ambassador, representing our brand and values in all interactions with clients and employees.
• Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in custodial services, with a focus on quality assurance and training.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to travel to various sites within designated zones.

Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of current vehicle insurance
