Position Overview: The Maintenance Helper will perform day to day maintenance support to the plant and production activities
Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Helper:
- Support maintenance technicians in repairing and maintaining machinery
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities
- Help with the installation of new machinery
- Maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentRequirements:
- Mechanical knowledge to assist in equipment repairs
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with electrical systems and logic controllers
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
- Supervising skills to coordinate tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with team members and vendors
