GLISS Staffing is seeking a skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various landscaping tasks and possess leadership qualities to oversee and coordinate landscaping projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of landscapers in various outdoor projects
- Perform tree care, garden maintenance, irrigation system installation, lawn care, and groundskeeping duties
- Build and maintain outdoor structures as required
- Ensure high-quality standards are met in all landscaping tasks
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences
- Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper usage
Skills:
- Proficient in tree care, garden maintenance, irrigation systems, lawn care, groundskeeping, and landscape construction
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure precision in landscaping tasks
