GLISS Staffing is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations at a local Salem hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial cleaning, custodial services, and housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
**This position requires bilingual English and Spanish**
Responsibilities of Executive Housekeeper:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of all areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Address and resolve guest complaints or requests promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications for Executive Housekeeper:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, custodial services, hotel or hospitality housekeeping
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and cleaning procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality service delivery
