Schedule: Graveyard 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Location: Vancouver, WA 98661

Plastics company seeking an experienced and reliable Ink Manufacturer to join their team.

Ink Manufacturer Key Responsibilities:

This is a graveyard position - Monday through Friday, some weekends, 10 pm - 6am

• Participating in all plant safety programs

• Good housekeeping and equipment maintenance

• Help to facilitate color drawdowns for customers.

• Operates Ink Dispenser and makes proper quantity of ink based on coverage according to the press room printing scheduled

• Inspects and maintains ink, C.O. A’s

• Creates ink formulation for manufacturing to facilitate/ manage customer color requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a technical area or equivalent work experience.

• Strong written and verbal skills

• Must have the ability to perceive or recognize minute similarities or differences in colors, hues and shades of the same color. Must be able to match colors accurately

• Strong computer skills and organizational skills

• Strong knowledge of products and manufacturing processes

Physical Requirements:

• Job position is physically demanding with constant movement

• Standing for entire shift

• Lift up to 50lbs and bend on a regular constant basis
