**Quality Assurance Manager**
Local plastics company seeking a reliable and highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager. This individual will be working under the direction of the VP of Operations and will manage the quality assurance function.
Quality Assurance Manager: Monday-Friday, Full time. Pay D.O.E
Job Details:

Supervises Quality Control Techs
-
Ability to oversee and coordinate all Mfg. production as well as monitor all scrap production.

Assists in all audits both internal and external.

Aids in training, coaching, mentoring, empowering and developing team members. This includes coordinating team involvement activities to drive "continued quality improvement" process.

Follows up on customer complaints and works together with management to reduce complaints.

Develops new procedures and inspection methods in order for them to be implemented.
Qualifications:
-
Must have 3-4 years previous Q/A experience in the Mfg. industry with 1-2 years as a supervisor.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

Bilingual Spanish/English

Must be adaptable and flexible in work schedule.

Assertive, High-Energy person

Strong Leadership skills and communication skills are necessary.

Ability to sit, stand, bend and lift up to 30 pounds. This position spends 50% or more of the work time in the manufacturing plant.
