Responsibilities for Customer Service Associates:

- Professionally interact with customers and process orders

- Address basic inquiries about the company's product line

- Demonstrate active listening and clear communication skills

- Report customer issues promptly and effectively

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues with products

- Follow up with customers to resolve outstanding issues

- Provide technical assistance during local installations and service calls
-
- Offer suggestions for process improvements and actively participate in implementation

- Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and fairness

- Support the Marketing team with various projects and provide feedback
Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in product assembly and shipping preferred
-
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

- Proficiency in project management
