GLISS Staffing is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill multiple Customer Service roles at a reputable company in Newberg. Join a team where your contributions are valued, and opportunities for growth are encouraged!


Responsibilities for Customer Service Associates:

  • - Professionally interact with customers and process orders

  • - Address basic inquiries about the company's product line

  • - Demonstrate active listening and clear communication skills

  • - Report customer issues promptly and effectively

  • - Troubleshoot mechanical issues with products

  • - Follow up with customers to resolve outstanding issues

  • - Provide technical assistance during local installations and service calls

  • - Offer suggestions for process improvements and actively participate in implementation

  • - Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and fairness

  • - Support the Marketing team with various projects and provide feedback


Skills and Experience:

  • - Previous experience in product assembly and shipping preferred

  • - Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

  • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • - Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively

  • - Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in Customer Service

  • - Strong technical and mechanical aptitude

  • - Proficiency in project management
