Restoration Foreman

Duties of a Restoration Foreman:

• - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish

• - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and other construction workers

• - Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• - Monitor and enforce safety regulations on the job site

• - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications

• - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or challenges

• - Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

Preferred Experience for Restoration Foreman:

• - Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

• - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools

• - Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting construction plans

• - Familiarity with construction management software such as Primavera or Prolog

• - Excellent leadership and communication skills

• - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks

• - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• - Experience with budgeting and cost control

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Note: This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in a similar role who can hit the ground running.
