LASER & PUNCH PRESS OPERATOR | $20–$24/HR | DAY & SWING SHIFT | FULL-TIME | TUALATIN, OR

GLISS Staffing is hiring Laser & Punch Press Operators for a precision sheet metal manufacturer in Tualatin, OR! This is a full-time, long-term position offering consistent hours and great potential for advancement.

We’re looking for dependable candidates with experience operating laser or punch press machines who enjoy hands-on, technical work.

JOB DUTIES

• Set up and operate laser and punch press machines to cut and form metal parts

• Read blueprints and adjust programs or tooling as needed

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications

• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized

• Follow all safety and production procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous laser or punch press experience required

• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours

• Reliable, accurate, and safety-focused

PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: $20–$24/hr
Schedule: Day (6:00am–2:30pm) or Swing (2:15pm–10:45pm)
Location: Tualatin, OR
