TIG WELDER | $20–$28/HR | DAY & SWING SHIFT | FULL-TIME | TUALATIN, OR

GLISS Staffing is hiring TIG Welders to join a precision metal manufacturing company in Tualatin, OR! This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours, great benefits, and potential for growth.

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented welders who have experience working with aluminum and stainless steel in a production setting.

JOB DUTIES

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum and stainless-steel parts

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Assemble, tack, and weld parts to meet quality standards

• Inspect finished welds for accuracy and appearance

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all PPE requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded

PAY & SCHEDULE
Pay: $20–$28/hr
Schedule: Day (6:00am–2:30pm) or Swing (2:15pm–10:45pm)
Location: Tualatin, OR
