Pay: $20/hr + Drive Time & Mileage
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:30pm | Part-time | 2–3 days per week
Location: Traveling – OR & WA

Company Overview:

We are hiring for a locally owned and operated cleaning company based in the Portland metro area. Known for their professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail, they provide top-quality cleaning for residential, commercial, and post-construction projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in high-end residential settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties.

• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.

• Perform detailed cleaning of bedrooms, including changing bedding and washing linens.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms.

• Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine conditions.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively while adhering to sanitation standards.

• Perform kitchen cleaning tasks, including dishwashing and surface sanitization.

• Maintain organization in all areas cleaned and report any maintenance issues to the homeowner or property manager.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in high-end residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.

• Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.

• Experience in customer service roles that emphasize communication and client satisfaction.

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety practices related to cleaning tasks.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

• Must have reliable transportation.

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, reach, and climb stairs.

Schedule Details:

• Part-time position with potential for additional hours.

• 2–3 days per week.

• Shifts typically start at 8:00am and end around 5:30pm.
