GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a locally owned and operated modular manufacturing company 20 minutes outside of Salem, OR. This position is responsible for carpentry exterior siding work.

Job Description 

• Install siding and roofing materials on buildings.

• Use hand and power tools like drills, saws, and nail guns.

• Work safely at heights using ladders and fall protection.

• Read and follow instructions and blueprints (for advanced levels).

• Keep your work area clean and organized.

• Help your team complete projects on time and with high quality.

Job Qualifications

• Willing to learn and follow directions.

• Good with tools and hands-on work.

• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work on your feet.

• Comfortable working outside in all weather.

• Pays attention to detail and works safely.

• Has reliable transportation.

• Can work well with a team.
