GLISS General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is hiring for a locally owned and operated modular construction company 20 minutes outside of Salem, OR. They are in search of a detail oriented, dependable Accounting Clerk to join their Finance team.

Job Description 

• Enter and review purchase orders and invoices.

• Process payments to vendors and employees.

• Track expenses and maintain spreadsheets.

• Help with month-end and year-end accounting tasks.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment issues.

• Communicate with vendors and coworkers.

• Assist with office duties like answering phones and greeting visitors.

Job Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3–5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience.

• Strong attention to detail and organization.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.

• Able to learn new software and systems.

• Reliable transportation.

• Able to keep financial information private and secure.
