Company Overview:
Fence company in Clackamas is hiring a skilled and experience fence install foreman to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team with competitive pay and great benefits!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install fences such as chain link, wood, vinyl, ornamental iron, and farm daily.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine fence specifications and layout.

  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and documentation.

  • Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements.

  • Manage the installation process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process.

  • Works closely with Project Managers to ensure the project is on time and completed to specifications.

  • Use different types of equipment and tools such as digging equipment, bobcat, welding equipment, hand and power tools to complete installation jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in fence installation or related construction work.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, blueprints, contracts, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure. Ability to compute between standard and metric and read a tape measure.

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • Valid Driver License

  • Resume Required

 

Schedule Details:

  • Day Shift

  • Monday - Friday

  • Pay: $25-$30
