Striping Crew Laborer

A local parking lot sealcoating and striping company in Salem, OR is hiring a Laborer to join their hard-working crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in precision, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty while making a visible impact.

You’ll assist in preparing, repairing, and striping parking lots—working with motorized equipment and learning a valuable trade. Training is provided, and pay starts at $16/hr and goes up depending on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate motorized striping and sealcoating equipment

• Measure and space lines accurately using a tape measure

• Fill cracks and prep asphalt surfaces

• Apply sealant and pavement markings

• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Collaborate with the team to complete jobs efficiently

• May drive between job sites (driver’s license preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor

• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow layout directions

• Driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)

• Willingness to learn and be part of a team

LOCATION:
Jobs are based out of Salem, OR and take place at multiple local sites.

PAY:

• $16+/hour, depending on experience

SCHEDULE:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

• Some flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work
