ELECTRONICS PRODUCTION FOREMAN | $16/hr | MONDAY–FRIDAY | 6AM–2PM

GLISS is now hiring an Electronics Production Foreman for a local electronics recycling and reuse facility. This role leads sort and disassembly teams, ensuring compliance with R2/RIOS certifications, maintaining secure handling of data-bearing devices, and coordinating outgoing shipments. You'll be key in supporting efficient operations while promoting environmental responsibility and inclusive employment practices.
JOB DETAILS

Direct sorting and disassembly crews per R2/RIOS procedures

Oversee secure handling and tracking of data-bearing devices

Enter tracking and documentation data into specialized software

Stage and coordinate outgoing loads with downstream vendors

Collaborate with Production Supervisor and Lead Tech on workflow needs
-
Maintain documentation for all tasks and activities

Provide hands-on leadership and training to team members
-
Support long-term operational planning and process improvement
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:

Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills
-
Proficient in computer systems and data entry

Ability to make independent decisions within established procedures

Knowledge of OSHA standards related to electronics and recycling

Able to stand, bend, lift (up to 40 lbs), and push/pull carts as needed

Comfortable supervising and training diverse teams

Basic understanding of operating systems and licensing requirements

Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
