Administrative Assistant needed to work for a publishing company in Fayetteville, GA. Ideal candidate is personable and extremely organized. Position includes administrative duties including but not limited to: coordinating projects with clients and internal staff, assisting with event planning, preparing documents for meetings, and coordinating calendars/appointments. Ability to multi-task a must!
Requirements:
3+ years experience in a similar administrative role is required. Candidate must be proficient in Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be excellent communicator (written and verbal). Data entry skills a plus. High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Additional details:
Position is part-time, 30 hrs/week, Monday-Friday. Pay based on experience. Located in Fayetteville, GA. EOE.
