Key Responsibilities: In this position, you'll engage in the installation, repair, and replacement of roofs, ensuring the longevity and functionality of commercial structures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, using, and maintaining both manual and power tools effectively.

• Thoroughly inspecting roofs and roof surfaces to assess their condition.

• Installing, repairing, and replacing various types of roofs with precision.

• Applying waterproofing materials to ensure optimal protection against the elements.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

• Good physical condition to handle the demands of the role.

• Preferred: 6 months of general labor experience.

• Proficiency in the setup, use, and maintenance of tools.

Work Environment: Commercial Roofers will work in various outdoor elements, showcasing their dedication and resilience. The role requires physical stamina to lift heavy materials and comfort working at heights.

Working Hours: The standard work week will be Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. During peak seasons, Commercial Roofers may be asked to work longer hours and weekends to meet project demands.
