Shipping - Forklift

FlexForce is CURRENTLY HIRING!

Warehouse / Shipping / Distribution experience to work in the shipping department for a reputable company in New Iberia.

Work hours will consist of a rotating schedule, 1 week days 8am-4pm and the other week afternoons 4pm-12am.

Ensure proper receipt and issue of product based off bill of ladings or sales orders

• Maintain and repair all loading and unloading equipment to ensure safe and proper transfer of product

• Perform daily inspections of all valves, gates and equipment preventing product loss or contamination

• Obtain quality control data / analyses for deliveries

• Operate equipment for loading or unloading of product

• Maintain inventory records for proper documentation of product on hand

• Ensure that equipment and areas are clean, safe and free of uncontained product

• Complete necessary paperwork verifying accuracy of shipping documents

• Ensure proper vehicle loaded weights checking for legal gross and axle weights

• Maintain cleanliness of property, including building and grounds

• Load and unload product timely

• Follow safety and operating procedures and policies

• Performs other related tasks when necessary or as required.

• Must be able to lift 50# bags and work 12 hour shifts.

SHIFT 1- 8AM-4PM, SHIFT 2nd week- 3pm-11pm, Mon-Friday

PAY DOE- $17-18 AN HOUR
