Job Summary:The Sorter is responsible for accurately sorting, organizing, and preparing products for distribution in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Job Title: Sorter

Pay Rate: $16.50/HR

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and organize products by size, type, or destination
• Inspect items for damage or quality issues and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned (labeling, packing, staging)

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or sorting experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
