General Labor

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily operations in a fast-paced work environment. This position is a combination of the Unloader and Picker role, requiring employees to assist with unloading incoming shipments as well as selecting and preparing products for orders. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, active work and are looking for a steady, full-time schedule with benefits.

Location: Hazleton, PA

Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:00 PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, sorting, and packaging materials
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Support team members and supervisors as needed
• Complete tasks efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Prior general labor or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
