Job Title: General Labor

Pay Rate: $15/hr.

Shifts: 1st (7:30 AM- 3 PM) and 2nd (3 PM- 10:30 PM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and motivated General Laborers to join our manufacturing team. This position involves working on an assembly-style production line where employees will assemble variety packs of canned beverages. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to stand for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a manufacturing/assembly line assembling variety packs of canned beverages
• Take individual cans and organize them into designated variety packs
• Follow production guidelines to ensure quality and consistency
• Perform repetitive tasks such as twisting, bending, pushing, and pulling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and safety standards throughout the shift

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to twist, bend, push, and pull throughout the day
• Light lifting only (not a heavy-lifting position)

Qualifications:

• No prior manufacturing experience required (training provided)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, assembly-line environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Manufacturing facility
