Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Operate warehouse management systems and basic computer applications
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards
- Assist in training and supporting team members as needed
- Proactively address workflow issues to keep operations running smoothly
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience (picker/packer preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Lead or supervisory experience
- Experience in a 3PL or fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting
