Now Hiring: Electrical Foreman – Production
Join our team as an Electrical Foreman in Production! Lead and supervise the Electrical Department in building, assembling, and servicing advanced Radio Frequency and Microwave Heating Systems, hydraulic/pneumatic presses, ovens, conveyors, and more.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and train electrical assemblers
Ensure quality control and meet shipment deadlines
Assemble electrical panels and mechanical components
Work with blueprints, tools, and standard software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Requirements:
High School Diploma (Technical school/Associate degree a plus)
3–5 years supervising/managing electrical manufacturing teams
3–5 years electrical panel building or related experience
Strong leadership, teamwork, and blueprint reading skills
Details:
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $29–$34/hr DOE
Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and occasional travel
