Exegistics is partnering with a leading manufacturing facility in the Alliance area of Fort Worth, TX, to hire skilled Materials Operators, Process Operators, and Production Specialists. These are temp-to-hire roles with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. Pay & Schedule
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: DuPont 12-hour rotating shifts for 24/7 operations. This schedule cycles between days and nights and includes built-in consecutive days off for work-life balance.
Position Summary
As a Materials Operator, Process Operator, or Production Specialist, you will be a key member of the production team, responsible for safely operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality. You will work closely with your team to maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing and material-handling equipment according to procedures and quality standards.
Handle raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods with care and accuracy.
Follow written work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.
Assist with equipment start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain compliance with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE use.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support staff.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required:
Minimum 2 years of recent manufacturing experience, preferably in precision or high-specification production environments.
Strong safety mindset and familiarity with Lockout/Tagout procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed procedures.
Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience in metal-making, furnace operations, Fiberglass manufacturing, or other high-temperature industrial processes.
Previous experience at Texas Instruments (TI) is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
Experience operating precision or heavy industrial equipment.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable working in a hot or noisy industrial environment while wearing PPE.
