Bilingual CSR / Warehouse Clerk

Exegistics has partnered with a growing, family-owned warehouse in North Fort Worth to find a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys being a key part of operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders via email.
• Accurately enter orders into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate proper shipping documentation.
• Process incoming freight, product receipts, and inventory updates in the WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts or audits as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
• Communicate order or inventory changes clearly and efficiently with internal teams.
• Deliver excellent service to internal departments and external customers.
• Access order and inventory data through the WMS.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a shipping/receiving office role (must be familiar with producing shipping/receiving paperwork).
• Inventory experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years of general office experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail and the ability to proactively resolve issues.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating online systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills are required.

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Shift: 3PM to Midnight
