Are you super organized, a great communicator, and love keeping things on track? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to help manage customer orders from start to finish — scheduling, ordering, tracking, and problem-solving.

This is a key role on our team, perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in staying on top of details, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule deliveries and service appointments
Communicate with customers, vendors, and install crews
Track order timelines and manage follow-ups
Handle service issues, product shortages, or damage
Enter data and keep records updated in our system

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1+ year of experience in coordination, logistics, or customer service
  • Are organized, dependable, and great at multitasking
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Know your way around Microsoft Office (and are tech-friendly)
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (AA/technical degree preferred)
  • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish or experience in construction/windows/doors
