We are seeking a Commissioning & Service Engineer professional that has worked on mid-size to large industrial construction projects. (Up to $40M USD)
Salary: Commensurate with experience ($80K - $95K)

Commissioning & Service Engineer Job description
You will be responsible for the inspection, testing and commissioning of complete process installations on a safe and highly qualified level. In this role you will be the crucial link between the customer and the internal organization.
Because of your practical knowledge and insights you will provide a supportive role to the local sales and project department. In addition to the commissioning of new installations, you will also be responsible for the technical support to delivered installations, either remotely or on location. You will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager in Belgium.
Commissioning & Service Engineer Profile
- You possess a technical degree from a higher education (Bachelor) or similar by relevant experience.
- You have 5+ years’ experience as a commissioning engineer, start-up engineer or service engineer.
- Because of your experience you have a broad technical background.
- You have knowledge of motors, frequency converters (Allen Bradley, Danfoss, SIEMENS), pneumatics and I/O check for P&IDs.
- The ability to interpret and understand PLC (Allen Bradley / SIEMENS) programs is highly desired.
- Process experience would be an additional desire
- Being able to work with MS Office is mandatory.
- As a Commissioning Engineer, travelling is part of your job, both nationwide and to the neighboring countries.
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
