Exegistics has partnered with a diversified manufacturing company specializing in high-reliability components used across industries like aerospace, defense, medical, and environmental systems. We're looking for skilled Solder Assemblers who are ready to make an impact in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
As a Solder Assembler, you’ll work with precision tools and follow detailed instructions to assemble and solder components used in advanced technology applications. Your daily tasks will include:
Performing hand soldering using soldering irons
Reading and following production drawings, samples, and verbal instructions
Using hand and power tools to assemble electrical/mechanical components
Inspecting and testing parts to meet quality standards
Following safety guidelines when handling tools and materials
Ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the assembly process
What You Bring:
1+ year of hands-on soldering or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
High School Diploma or GED
Comfortable reading blueprints, drawings, and following detailed work instructions
Solid manual dexterity and attention to detail
Basic computer and math skills
Able to distinguish colors and inspect product quality with accuracy
Bonus if you have:
Experience soldering wires and cables
J-STD 001 and/or IPC 620 certification
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices
1 Year of Assembly or Soldering Experience Required
1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:15 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
