Exegistics has partnered with a diversified manufacturing company specializing in high-reliability components used across industries like aerospace, defense, medical, and environmental systems. We're looking for skilled Solder Assemblers who are ready to make an impact in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.


What You’ll Do:

As a Solder Assembler, you’ll work with precision tools and follow detailed instructions to assemble and solder components used in advanced technology applications. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Performing hand soldering using soldering irons

  • Reading and following production drawings, samples, and verbal instructions

  • Using hand and power tools to assemble electrical/mechanical components

  • Inspecting and testing parts to meet quality standards

  • Following safety guidelines when handling tools and materials

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the assembly process


What You Bring:

  • 1+ year of hands-on soldering or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Comfortable reading blueprints, drawings, and following detailed work instructions

  • Solid manual dexterity and attention to detail

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Able to distinguish colors and inspect product quality with accuracy

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience soldering wires and cables

  • J-STD 001 and/or IPC 620 certification

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S practices


1 Year of Assembly or Soldering Experience Required

1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:15 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:45 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
