Position Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Operations Department. This role involves performing tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick, pack, and ship ordered items.
• Receive and stock inbound orders, verifying accuracy and documenting any discrepancies.
• Operate RF equipment to process inbound and outbound orders according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform inventory cycle counts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers while inspecting for transit damage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the RDC.
• Participate in training programs and assist in training new associates.

Qualifications

• Required:
• High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and RF terminals.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and sustain activity throughout the day.
• Preferred:
• Knowledge of HazMat material handling.
