Job Summary: • Responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction • Potential to onboard new customers and provide expert product advice • Provide post-sales customer support • Drive product adoption and usage • Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone and written communication • Fully understand the company’s products, technology, and features • Advise our clients on the most effective ways to utilize the company’s platform based on the real estate agents needs and business • Understands the overall flow of the business and how each channel relates to the big picture • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and empathy • Welcomes change and thrives in a team environment • Solution based and able to resolve conflict with ease • Passionate about providing unexpectedly amazing customer service going above and beyond the status quo Minimum Qualifications: • Comfortable working with different internet platforms and software • High level of technical aptitude • Capable of learning complex products and systems • Previous call center or Customer Service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Adequate knowledge of CRM systems and SalesForce; Reports, System Admin • Problem Solving • Organizational and time management • Ability to work independently, utilizing resources to produce quality work according to specifications • Real estate knowledge and/or license is a bonus • Bilingual is also a plus • Able to work any shift Monday - Saturday 6AM-6PM
