Our client, a fleet management and fleet safety company, seeks an Inside Call Representative.


Job Description:


  • Generate new business opportunities by researching and outreaching accounts

  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities through high volume tele-prospecting

  • Meet/exceed sales targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

  • Become knowledgeable in our products and services in order to make recommendations to prospective customers that align business needs to our technology solutions

  • Partner with Client Development Managers to create a strategy for calling focus and pipeline development

  • Document details of conversations with customers in Salesforce

  • Manage daily inbound call qualification and lead entry




  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 1-2 years of calling experience

  • Experienced with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, creative mind
