Location: Lawrenceville, GA
6 months, temporary assignment
Must have experience with HRIS systems, LOA, and OSHA
-Act as initial point of contact for People team related inquiries (i.e. employee changes, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, payroll, polices & procedures, etc.). Redirect and escalate as necessary.
-Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
-Support all team member initiatives in partnership with the People team, including benefits open enrolment.
-Maintain team member data in the Human Resources Information System.
-Document and streamline core people process, to drive efficiency and best-in-class end-user experience.
-Responsible for day-to day-reporting and ad hoc report requests.
-Manage Leave of Absence (LOA) administration vendor to ensure optimal administration
of LOA’s for team members.
-Partner with People Business Partners to manage team member life cycle (i.e.
onboarding, team member changes, off boarding).
-Facilitate new hire orientation and support broader HR team on any orientation/ onboarding
-Maintain HIPPA compliance which includes keeping all files updated (i.e. creation,
updates, & archiving).
-Conducts regular audits (i.e. employee personnel file, public access file, and I-9’s)
-Manage workers compensation administration processes including annual OSHA 300 posting
& monthly OHS reports.
-Other duties such as unemployment claims and People-sponsored company events.
-Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
-HR certification preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
-Ability to perform pivot tables and v-look ups preferred.
-Experience in HRIS system, preferably HCM Oracle and/ or Workday.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong sense of urgency, customer focus, drive for results, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
