Our client, a fleet management and fleet safety company, seeks a Client Success Coordinator. 6 month assignment possible extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and support questions by phone and email

  • Conduct basic client training over webex

  • Support team through performing administrative duties

  • Create reports

  • Generate PowerPoint slides for client presentations to be used by other Client Success team members

  • Assist in managing special projects

  • Perform data entry in Salesforce and other systems

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Able to adapt to fast-paced, constantly changing environment

  • Self-starter, motivated and proactive

  • Tech-savvy and team oriented

  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, handle multiple tasks

  • Understanding of process flows and documentation

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experienced with Salesforce
