A well-known industrial & marine sealing device company that serves the military as well as marine and power generating industries is looking for an Administrative Assistant worker. GREAT FOOT IN THE DOOR WITH AN AWESOME COMPANY!

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route calls

  • Look up UPS inbound charges for each vendor ordered received that day

  • Receive into QB all vendor orders and note UPS inbound cost

  • Review and enter vendor bills (verify pricing, unit totals for accuracy against SDSI order)

  • Call or email vendors to request invoices for orders received over 5 business days

  • Match vendor bills to SDSI purchase orders and enter bill

  • Accurate invoicing of customer orders

  • Maintain filing system for all customer/vendor documents

  • Prepare outbound mail (customer invoices, vendor payments)

  • Contacting vendors for shipment dates (or if past due)

  • Scanning documents and drawings

  • Entering weekly overhead bills

  • Basic accounts receivables and record keeping

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Detail oriented

  • Multi-task ability

  • Great written and communication skills

  • Organization, planning, time management skills, and basic excel
