We are currently looking for IT Desktop Support to support with Windows 10 Migration project in the Rancho Bernardo area. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented as you will assist with post-migration support for Windows 7 to Windows 10. If you have previous experience then we are looking for you!

Job Duties

  • Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.

  • Identify, research and resolve technical problems for internal customers while employing strong customer service skills.

  • Respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.

  • Document, track and monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

  • Performs proper installation, maintenance and upgrade activities for computer hardware, operating systems, network connectivity, desktop applications, business applications, printing and email.

  • Must be willing to answer phones and provide remote support

  • Able to provide IT Desktop Support to all levels of an organization; up to and including C-level

Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of IT Support Tier-1 (Phone Support) and Tier-2 (Desktop Support) experience

  • 3+ years installing and configuring desktop applications and systems: MS Windows XP OS, Outlook 2000/2003, Office 2000/2003, Intel Base Computers, PDAs, and Local & LAN based printing

  • Experience using a Ticketing System

  • Experience Supporting 500 or more users (on-site and remote users)

  • Excellent with Windows 10 / O365 / Exchange

  • Experience Supporting iPads / Tablets / Laptops / Desktops / Mobile Phones

  • Experience with Managing Accounts (AD, VoIP Phones, Mobile Device Management, etc.)
