Responsibilities

  • Answer telephones, screen callers and route to proper department.
  • Input Sales Orders and convert to customer invoices.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Add daily sales to excel spreadsheets
  • Fax dealer application requests.
  • Prepare and manage inventory.
  • Mail out retail pricing packages.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of proven experience using QuickBooks.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Filing experience.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Accounts Receivable experience
  • Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel.
