Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, screen callers and route to proper department.
- Input Sales Orders and convert to customer invoices.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Add daily sales to excel spreadsheets
- Fax dealer application requests.
- Prepare and manage inventory.
- Mail out retail pricing packages.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of proven experience using QuickBooks.
- Customer service experience.
- Filing experience.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel.
