Employnet is currently hiring in the Delano, Ca area. $14.40/hr

Responsibilities include bot are not limited to:

• Palletize finished product according to market.

• Dump pre-processed fruit from cartons to bins.

• Keep work areas clean and well organized.

• Manage juice, leaf, branch area.

• Keep all debris off black tops, and wash bed areas.

• Clear all standing water to ensure a safe work environment.

• Assist graders with rotation of buckets, and cleaning of debris form grading areas.

• Assist in cleaning of equipment down day events.

• Assist in 5S of the Dept by continuously pick fruit off of the floors and allocation the fruit to the appropriate location.

• Ability to support in box forming if assigned to the pack dept.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation instructions, procedure manuals, company policy handbooks etc.

• Must be able to differentiate labels and bag types.

• Ability to add and subtract.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or scheduled form.

• Must work with fellow co-workers form other areas to solve problems and accomplish daily tasks.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related.

• Experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. alone up to 75lbs. with assistance of another employee
