Essential Functions:
- Prepares reports and presentation materials.
- Receives and responds to correspondence.
- Schedules conference calls and meetings
- Supports and interacts with administrative staff.
- Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
- Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 3-5 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred education and experience:
Associate’s degree
Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Organizational skills.
