These Career Opportunities are considered Temp-to-Hire, meaning that conversion to full-time employment with client company can occur after 520 hours probationary period.

DUTIES

• Prepare and position parts for assembly, ensure each component is fastened together correctly, check connections and log any discrepancies. 
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, ensure quality control, maintain supply inventory, and record actions on production. 
• Communicate with others at any station on the assembly line to ensure accuracy, speed, and efficiency. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to use a variety of hand tools, mechanical instruments, and calibration equipment. 
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time. 
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 
• Great hand-eye coordination, including the ability to grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components that are often very small.
