DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, staffing agencies, social media etc. 
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes 
  • Schedule, track, log, and follow up on all interviews 
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Conduct and assist in all orientations for new hire employees 
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” 
  • Data entry of new hires into payroll system including E-Verify 
  • Enroll all new employees into timeclock and train how them how to use 
  • Filing of files and documents relevant to Human Resource 
  • Assist with an perform audits as needed 
  • Conducts exit interviews with employees; communicates findings to management 
  • Responds to inquiries regarding the organization’s processes, policies, procedures, and programs. 
  • Assist with administration of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements 
  • Responsible for reporting recruiting and turnover trends by reports and charts 
  • Identifies potential employee-relations issues and makes recommendations to management 
  • Support White Drive Facility as needed 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to four years related experience; Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations; Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees; Experience in recruiting and staffing; Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; Ability to manage priorities and workflow; Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees; Proficient on MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint;
