Job Duties and Responsibilities;

This person must have experience in performing the following;

•     Electrical Repairs
•     Plumbing Repairs
•     Heating  & Air Conditioning Maintenance  
•     Unit turn arounds
•     Building Maintenance
•     Grounds Maintenance
•     Must reside within a radius of Batesville that will allow prompt response to after-hours emergencies
•     Must be agreeable to be on call every other week for after-hours and week-end emergency calls
