Production Operator - $14.60 - $15.35 per hour
1st Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM - $14.60 per hour
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM - $15.10 per hour
3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM - $15.35 per hour
Pay will increase at employee’s transition to permanent
We are currently seeking experienced Production Operators to fill openings with an Automotive Plastics company located in Pulaski, TN.
The company is a full-service supplier of interior and exterior injection molded plastic components and assemblies. They provide innovative solutions for automotive plastics applications to original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers.
Job Duties & Requirements:

Production experience required
-
Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.

Ability to use tools (e.g., clamps) and machines (e.g., presses)

Good understanding of quality control principles

Perform all component part inspections, trimming and packing according to work instructions and training guidelines

Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction

Stack, mark, pack and transport finished work pieces
-
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Complete required paperwork

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition

High school diploma/GED will be appreciated
